2015 suburban fans stay on

I had this same problem. The Radiator would turn on first thing in the morning and stay on. I looked it up and its a fail safe when the Radiator Fan Control Module is ready to be replaced. The module is no longer telling when the fan to turn off/on anymore so it just bypasses the module and the fans stay on.
