If you are big into farming, Super Corn and Cotton get you duct tape, which can sell pretty well, or you could do cotton and aloe for medical bandages. TLDR: For general looting and salvaging, Mechanical or electrical parts and leather are good ones. For a slightly more sustainable method, look to grow medical bandages and tape.8.
