My (uninformed) logic is that AGR is already a sweet full time job. The bonuses are aimed towards folks who are guard bumming, true part timers, college students, and folks who are gainfully employed/highly advanced professionals who takes a paycut to go to drill/orders. Same as technicians, your job is your bonus.
