Att packet loss

Everytime I call ATT they just do the same thing, they remotely restart my modem. It's been restarted by ATT 10 times now. And it never helps. It's awful even getting someone on the phone when you CAN get through all the hold times and waiting in line. I can't work, I can't game without lag/packet loss and intermittent latency issues.

We've had AT&T's Fixed Wireless internet service for about 7 months now and haven't had any issues up until this week. But our internet packet loss has been stuck between 40-55% for about 4 days now.
