The Cooperage came highly recommended to my boyfriend and I yesterday afternoon spending the afternoon in Riverhead. We were starving and excited to have a great meal. The Inn looked busy but we weren't in a rush so we decided to head to the hostess stand to see how long the wait was.

We had a nice lunch at Cooperage Inn. The food was good and it was nice relaxing in their outdoor eating area. The only thing is that this was the only area available - the empty restaurant was not an option. At first it was fine, but then the sun just beat down with minimal coverage. By the middle of our meal, we just wanted to get out of there.
