Costochondritis lump

Lump on sternum. Anyone else? My sternum not only started popping and freaking people out when I stretch, but it also became very thick on left side, like there's way more bone in there. My right side of sternum is flat, while left side is all bulgy. The left side is also where I feel most pain when I sneeze, lift things, or twist torso.
