Uchi is decent but severely overused to the point of being considered the noob weapon. Most go with +15 to take advantage of the A rating in DEX. The damage on it at +15 with 40 DEX is 420. The weapon is used mainly due to the combination of damage, speed, and its bleed. The bleed is 300 which does 30% of max health when triggered.It just changes all the time, there isnt a good answer. Two handed movest gives you access to weapon art which is either parrying or an aoe attack. You also dont bounce off shields.
