"Sensor not responding" means that the base pinged a sensor and did not get a response. This could be due to a defective sensor or the sensor is in a location which has a weak sensor, or new or temporary interference was added between the sensor and the base. Unless EVERY sensor gets this error, it's not the base.

Considered it a fluke, I swapped batteries from a different sensor and the same new entry sensor gave the warning and the existing sensor with the "low battery" never complained.

Aside from the one intermittently offline entry sensor, I just discovered, and confirmed w tech support, that the key pad information as to what entry sensors are open is incomplete. Currently, the key pad reports 2 open sensors while the app - ios and web - shows 8 open and one offline.
