Current Ride. 2021 F250 6.7 Tremor. 37x12.5xr18 Nitto Recon Grapplers. I’m shocked by how smooth these tires ride. Super quiet. Stock Tremor no level. Nitto has done it with their answer to an A/T tire that really does it all. hamdangtr, SKIPGOOD, Ford Funatic and 14 others. Aug 25, 2022.I had 7.3 with basically 35s, going from 3.73 to a 4.30 gearing was fantastic, with 37s your net would be slightly lower than 4.10 gearing on a stock tire. I think 4.56 would be too tall, I’d recommend 4.30, good balance for towing and mpgs. I would go at least 4.88's if you tow anything remotely heavy.2016 platinum Ford F-250. -. $39,000. Oct 3, 2020 · The 37s were 43 lbs heaver per tire than the factory 35s. For that reason I doubt I would go with 37 on my Tremor. I plan to go with the real 35" x 12.50 size on some custom offset wheels, the stock tires and wheels are pizza cutters. The formula doesn't lie: New tire size / Old tire size X effective ratio = correct gear ratio. If your transmission is it good shape, then consider some upgrades like: -6.0 trans cooler.37s and 4.30 gears = 10-12mpg average with the camper loaded on trips in mtns and wherever. Best so far was 13.5mpg. 4WD off road exploring for days resulted in 9mpg. Rarely have driven empty but would be 14mpg or better depending. Trailer towing it is around 10mpg. Just got the PSC hydro assist ram installed.

Our 2020 Ford F250 Super Duty came with a factory 3 leaf spring pack. The leaf springs are rather thick to give the rated load capacity but at the sacrifice of ride comfort and suspension travel. When the truck is loaded, the suspension compression travel is reduced drastically so it will “bottom out” easily.
