I personally believe UWORLD is much harder. The impression I got is that OP is at the start of AAMC qpack 1, which is probably some of the tougher passages out there. It gets much better about 1/3 of the way through it, to the point it’s much easier than UWORLD.

UWorld goes deeper than AAMC, and AAMC goes deeper than KA vids. So Biochem depth is UWorld>AAMC>KA. If you cover UWorld, I think you'll be good for biochem content. By the time I got to AAMC QPacks I found their content to be a breeze compared to UWorld. But I found UWorld on par with the harder section banks imo. I found UWorld to be most helpful for content review. Don't worry too much about the score, just learn. I'd suggest to do KA videos + UWorld passages for content review. Then do AAMC.
