I mistakenly posted in the wrong section but my truck was running great. Shut it off wouldn't start back up. Towed it home started Next morning. Shut it off wouldn't start again. Changed the fuel filter next day started up. Switched it off wouldn't start again. Try Disconnecting the batteries and on the driver side hold both terminal wires together for 1 minute. If those are the original batteries, I would be suprised if they are up to the task. Hard warm starts, crank time in excess of 3-4 seconds, is a sign of injector problems., I'm pretty sure that the answer is that GM makes parts common to multiple vehicles and the fuse box is one of them. Not every fuse is used in every truck that receives this fuse box. The gas engine models appear to have a fuel pump control and a fuel pump.
