Rune pouch is more useful but theres an easier way to get it cause of bh so its probably better to spend your slay points on the herb puch. But if you plan on doing a bunch of slayer and getting the points anyways then rune pouch to start. Herb sack. Rune pouch is buyable on GE thru emblems.
