Reload chime card

This morning I’ve already charged two customers who’d come to reload their chime cards, of course I was just as confused as them when I saw that there was a reload fee of $4.95. As far as I’ve known Walgreens has never had a reload fee for chime cards so I had no idea how to explain it to them, luckily they didn’t get too upset about it.
