Wyze Cam Pan v3's micro USB slot is on the bottom of the camera's rotating base. Try plugging the camera into a different power outlet. Press and hold the SETUP button to check if "ready to connect" sounds., Tap the Alexa app. Tap More, and tap Skills & Games. Search for the Wyze Skill and tap on it. Tap Settings, then Disable Skill. If your Amazon device is still having trouble discovering your Wyze Cam v3, make sure that: Your camera is a Wyze Cam v3. The original Wyze Cam v1 is not compatible with Amazon Alexa., Check the SD Card for corruption. If #1 doesn't work, then proceed to the reset to factory defaults instructions. Also FYI, if you didn't eject your corrupted SD Card prior to the reset instructions (you skipped step 1 in the howto factory reset guide), your camera won't reset if you hold the setup button for 10 secs.
