I met with the seller of the Ruger Blackhawk with the Medusa conversion cylinder. I had the chance to fire it repeatedly with several different cartridges. As the seller said, three of the six chambers did not properly hold .380 ACP rounds. When firing, those three chambers produced light strikes and failed to fire.
