After arriving at the winery in the early morning, the grapes were gently whole-cluster pressed, then fermented in French Oak and aged in stainless tanks to preserve the crispness and varietal characteristics.

The Rusack vineyard consists of 48 acres. It is known in particular for its Syrah grapes, but other varieties are also grown on the farm.
